Downlord's FAF Client launch crash  [SOLVED]

When I launch new client, it's crashing and show this message. How solve this problem?

Launcher crash, if your username contains unicode symbols. I found 2 ways for solve this problem:
1) Control panel > Regional params > change your windows language and reboot your PC
2) Create new windows account (name should contain only english symbols) and install FAF to this account
