Error with Steam linking

I went to link my steam account to my faf (Google) and it said that i had already linked it to and old account that i don't use or have access to anymore and it doesn't have forge on it. I tried to make new account to get past this, and just start over, but when i tried to link it to my current steam account it says its already link to my old one. What can i do?

old steam: Linktothe6
current steam: linktothe5
old faf: Google
new faf: Lord-Penguin
it says they'er both linked to Linktothe6 even though I made the "Lord-Penguin" account just before posting here.
