Every match seem to use up storage space...

Hi there, whenever I finish a match on FAF (with bots) I would end up using 200 - 300 megabytes of storage space for some mysterious reason. My computer is already running out of space and I would like to delete any unnecessary folders that might've been created as I gamed. I've deleted all my replays but they were only worth 500 kilobytes in total. So I must ask... what in the world is filling up my computer and how do I get rid of it? I usually play with bots on a Nomads match with a bunch of other mods that I've manually installed into the mods folder.

Well if you play offline and save, the save files are quite big... around 200MB easily.

But if you play online... there isn't really anything that big that would be created from the online match. It's just the replay.

Wait wait wait. There is a save option in FAF? Are these saves automatic? If so, where can I find them?

if you read what speed2 wrote then you'd notice that he said "when playing offline"

if you play online via the faf client then the game will always run in the multiplayer mode where you cannot save at all

I did read what Speed2 said thank you very much. What I didn't know was that the client always ran online and there wasn't an offline option that I might've accidentally bumped into. Since I know the client allows me to download extra maps and mods off the vault, I was simply wondering if I could have installed something without knowing. As I said, I was playing the game on FAF not the regular FA, so when Speed2 said 'offline' I assumed he was referring to an offline mode in FAF.

you can't start the faf patched game outside of the multiplayer mode via the client but you could run the faf patched game via the executable we provide which is located in c:\programdata\faforever

Lol, I just realised that my storage space is constantly fluctuating ever since that Windows update, which is somewhat concerning...

But anyways, I know it isn't FAF that is causing the problem so thanks for all the help guys.
