Only facing players of lower rating. Matchmaking bug?

My winrate must be around 80-90% with 41 games played (current rating: 844) but yet I am matched against players with a RATING OF 600 AND BELOW ONLY. This is very frustrating for me and for my opponents. There is no point in playing if the outcome of the game is obvious.
The leaderbord says I have a winrate of 34% which is definitely not true . Is it possible that this win rate bug is causing this faulty matchmaking? Did anybody experience something similar and can help me? Would be very much appreciated!

no the win rate does not affect the matchmaking
only your mean, deviation, the mean and deviation of someone else who is searching and the time you are searching for is (as far as i know)

Actually you are right. I have another account which had the same problem like the "kn4cK"-account. I only used this "kn4cK"-account for these 40 games to check if it would not have the same matchmaking bug...but as you know, it also has this bug (I just call it bug for simplicity, maybe it's not even a bug but who knows what it is...). My first account also has the win rate bug btw.

Any more ideas? I would not have a problem with these two accounts being deleted if I only could get a new one which doesn't have this bug. I just wanna play the game against players of my skill level
