Account disabled for using a virtual machine?

why is my account i have disabled because i am using a virtual machine to play a game?

and before we start, Yes, i am running in virtual machine, No, i can not run it as a real machine, i am running windows 7 pro, licensed, have played before on version 563 with no issues (no lag, nothing looks wrong, plays like normal) with 5 other people playing with me

can this be looked into?
