Can't link steam account

I've read through the forum looking for fixes but all in all i can't like my steam to the faf client

i've tripled cheeked everything from privacy (inventory ect) and getting a friend to confirm all of this as well and still get the response you don't own game or my account is private as you can see with the photo below

can anyone help me out with this problem.

also my account privacy settings have been the same for more than 6 months
