Friend's Launcher Closing during game

About 10-20 minutes into a game, my friends launcher always closes, causing them to disconnect to the game. It's extremely annoying and happens every time, i bought them the game to play it with them and cant even do that.

Hey, we've made the developers aware, in the meantime you can try to use the legacy client (downloaded from the website) if the java one doesn't work.

We need the whole Exception.
File should be called hs_err_(some number).log and should be in the directory where the client is installed.

Btw quick tip this error is caused by the chat tab if you dont open it at all it can not happen

Also i think using custom chat coulors might cause it but not to sure about it
