Steam and account issues...

[VTX1800]

Hello moderators, hopefully you can help me with this issue. I've tried to send multiple emails to the FAF administrators and have not received a response. My FAF username(yellowcolorado31) was temporarily banned at one point last year due to an unfair complaint. I created a new account and told people it was a new account but that I was not a new player. I was banned again for apparently being a smurf which makes no sense. Not knowing that the ban on my user name yellowcolorado31 was temporary, I linked the account (VTX1800) to my steam account because I thought it was going to be my new permanent account name. This was months ago and I’ve been playing FAF with my original account (yellowcolorado31) with no issues. I can’t link my original account (yellowcolorado31) to my steam account (yellowcolorado) because it is already linked to VTX1800. Could you please help me unlink my steam account (yellowcolorado) so I can link it to my original FAF account (yellowcolorado31).

Hello i have also the same Problem with my Account ''Kay_C'' i linked it to a steam Account ( SpiritMage) that doesnt Exsist anymore. Would be nice to unlink the old Acc if this is Possible.
