Unlinking old account to link current account

I had issues with steam linking in 2014 when I first attempted it. I've since changed account names, and have a much higher elo with twitch/youtube streaming name set up. Is there a way to un-link another account name as a 1 time thing for this new mandate?

using multiple accs is against the rules
we also don't and never did use elo
i asked an admin to remove the steam link from your old acc and permabanned Pacolipse
you may also see this as a warning regarding breaking the rules on faf since using multiple accs is not allowed
