Really bad stutter/hitching in game/lobby

When I'm in a game or in a lobby waiting, the game stutters or hitches every few seconds. I've been dealing with it but sometimes it hitches at really bad points that mess up micro & cucks me. Has anyone else experienced this? V-sync is off and I've tried reinstalling faf, nothing is updating or downloading. Please help cause it's really unbearable at this point.

Pc specs:
ryzen 5 1400 @ 4ghz
asus strix 1080 @ 2100mhz
gskill tridentz 16gb 3200mhz
asus rog crosshair vii mobo
windows 10 pro

can you enable CPU \ GPU \ RAM monitoring?
maybe also try windowed mode... not really sure how that can help (but who knows ), with that can even use standart windows features to check GPU and CPU load. (if you don't have second monitor)

So after turning off my pc for the night and playing again in the morning it went away even though I've powered it off a dozen times before this lol, only setting I changed was language from cz to us which for some reason it came default as cz but it's been english the whole time. Dont know what happened but it went away
