Right played this game since it came out. never had to post here until now as i usually find the fix somewhere in here.

New overlord Client.
2/3 player coop vs AI.
Various Maps (setons, Palms, Drunken Pirates Dance.

Purged My documents folders of legacy mods and maps

All items redownloaded on all clients (Thank TeamViewer)

1hour to 1 hour 10 minutes guaranteed desync.

all on windows 10.

Finally tried with only Black Ops Mods. Same Problem..

Your Black Ops mod is corrupted:

Code: Select all
failed: ...lliance\mods\blackopsfaf-unleashed\hook\units\uas0401\uas0401_script.lua(202): unexpected symbol near `='
failed: ...ged alliance\mods\blackopsfaf-unleashed\units\bel0402\bel0402_script.lua(449): `=' expected near `target'

That means the scriptfiles from unit uas0401 and unit bel0402 are broken.

Please delete the mod blackopsfaf-unleashed and redownload it from the vault.

Thank you sir - the has resolved the problem.

had to delete the mod from 2 locations.

any reason this problem 'affected' all three of us even when I was not playing the game??
I was the original host - do other players download the mods from the vault?? of the host in the first instance?

Thanks for the assist

Hello HuntSekker,

no, the host is not sharing his mod files or any other files.

If you are not playing and your friends have also a desync, then they also have some corrupted files.
(Desync is caused to 99.9% by different/damaged files)

i have a similar issue it's about 20 mins or so in and a desync window pops up over and over

i've got
Ultra Shields

those are the only mods used each match
about 10-20 mins in it pops up a desync issue and idk if it's glitched or what because it's getting annoying and idk how to fix it

Hello AlphaWolfGamer,

Just to be sure:
Delete all mods you have.

Start the game and open the modmanager.
Check if all mods are gone.
(If not, search where the mod is installed. Maybe c:\ProgramData or MainGame folder.)

Then redownload all mods from the vault manually.

If you still have desyncs, please try a game without mods.

And if you have Desyncs without mods, post a game.log please.

(Please post always a game.log^^)
