game keeps crashing

so i get a crash about 10-30 mins in sometimes i can get a full game but thats rare, it crashes so hard that some times task manager cant end it and i have to sign out to end all programs this is getting real frustrating i just want to play with my friend and i have a R5 2600/16gb3466/2gb card
