Perfomance ingame issues (weak GPU)

Hello.
I'm running FAF on DELL latitude e4310.
Noticed performance decreasing while unit population increasing in ordinary game.
BUT: when watching replay as observer performance is good enough and when switching to player's side its freezing again until I return to observer mode.

HW:

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU M 580 @ 2.67GHz (FAF lobby cpu rating about 270)
GPU: Intel GMA HD

Is there way to avoid performance issues?

This could be because of range rings and such, top left corner try disabling them while playing to see if they make a difference.

It was helpfull, but effect is not enough. Is there another solution? Graphics settings already at "minimum".
