Can't link my account even though it's public and has SupCom

Hello, we are just newcomers to this site, and have not been able to successfully link our account with our steam client, which definitely has both SupCom, SupCom FA, and less satisfactory SupCom2.

We would be greatful of you if you could rapidly assist us, and if unable, then we understand, considering the vastness of the necessities at present.

If you want interactive help join the discord server. I would ask you to send me the id/url of the steam profile you're talking about, but the way to go would probably be a pm on e.g. discord. (https://discord.gg/Tzy9Yh)

Please describe "have not been able to successfully link". What happens? Do you get an error? Does it time out?...
