units movement stuttering

hello, i came to FAF from steam version, and i have one thing to ask:

is it normal that after like 20-30 minutes on 4v4(only thing i tried yet)+(only me+7 normal AI) even with 50-60 fps unit movement looks like slowed down/stuttering? i never experienced this on steam version, like 2 players +2AI easy vs 2 AI easy +2 cheatai rush.
yes, on steam version there were more fps drops, but nothing under 30 fps and even on 30fps unit movement was still normal
