is faf dead when i first played FAF it was hot then it drop in player count

You could also ask that in a more polite/non demanding way 
(if your country is US it shouldn't fail at english)
We cannot fix that. Your flag is determined from a lookup of your IP address in a GeoIP database. This sadly doesn't work for IPv6 addresses. So what you will need to do is to deactivate your IPv6 compatability or use a different address for a short amount of time until it recognized your location.
Also, I think we should replace the question mark with the earth flag as the java client does.
