Failed to calculate UID

OH NO. I've just tried to login to the game and it says 'Failed to calculate UID' and to report this to the tech support forum. Can you help me please. I am not a smurf. I did have an account many many years ago, but no idea what that login was. Could that be the reason? But more importantly, how can I play again?

Apologies. I've just seen that McAfee is the culprit. Even though I whitelisted the faf-uid.exe, it still quarantines it the next day, so I just resintalled the client and all is now fine.
