Mod list duplicated - sometimes triplicated

Anyone else seen this before? Have any idea on what causes it?

It only happens after I've gone to launch a second game thru the client. My mods list is duplicated. To fix it, I close FAF and relaunch it and it works, until I finish my game and go to launch another one.
