Unable to create UID

Hi, I just downloaded FAF on a new computer and created a new account. When I went to login on the client an error message popped up saying it was "unable to create a UID." Anyone have some ideas?

your MacAfee antivirus deleted the faf-uid.exe which now causes that error
check your antivirus settings and reinstall the faf client
