Cant host or join any coop games error

Hi, so after searching everywhere for a soloution i cant find one. so im posting this here in the hopes i can get some help. so when i host or try to join a coop game via downlords launcher (We both are using it) i get this error:

Failed to setup initial search path.

I hope this gets seen soon becuase its really upsetting me. i have already turned the LUA files that are in the programdata files into notepad readable files.

coop in downlords client is currently bugged as far as i know
it's fixed in the next version which will be released as soon as a few performance issues are resolved
