Can't reactivate account

Dear support,

I did not pay FAF for more than a year and I want to try the game again but my account does not work.

I went to the reactivate page but it does say that my email and username does not match.

Maybe I don't remember my username correctly. But I'm using correct email.

Please help,

yes that just means that i haven't read it yet
just got home and looked up the acc name and sent you the info
