Unable to connect correctly to FAF

Hello,

i tried to connect to FAF. But first the Login-Screen just crashes and i had to end it with the Task-Manager. After a few tries i was able to create an Account. But after i connected successfully to the lobby, this Error Message appeared:

Try to do a tracert to faforever.com (open a windows command line, type "tracert faforever.com" without the quote), and post the results.

Then your firewall / router / anti virus must block something.

Ok.
I switched off the Antivir Program = same Problem

Forwarded the Port 6112 in my Router = same Problem

switched Off my Firewall = same Problem

Any other Ideas?

Nope.

The chat is using a IRC server. Try connecting to it with any other way (like www.mibbit.com). Infos in the wiki (links menu).

I will try the IRC connect later.

Now after i waited a few minutes, the lobby was fine to use. But when i clicked on a game, the "Connecting to Updateserver" Window appeared. Nothing happens...

After another try, it says "Version mismatch".

Fix your connection problems first, we will see what happen with update after. That's another topic.

Ok, with the Instruction in the Wiki (the link to mibbit.com) i was able to create and use an Account. Is that what you meant?

Then you should be able to connect with the lobby. If not, check again your firewall.
