2 big problems

So,I started a black ops ground battle game, and when changing the game's settings, I tried to click "ok" to get back to the main are that shows the players and their factions, but when clicking ok nothing happened. I clicked it a few more times, nothing happened, then i clicked cancel, nothing happened. turned off my computer, restarted Fa, it auto logged me in and in the chat section said I wasn't registered/logged in. couldn't launch games, couldn't chat or see the chat.... all bad problems.
