Not Receiving Password Reset Email

So yeah, I'm recently trying to get back into Faf to play with a group of friends. Unfortunately, it seems I've forgotten my password for the launcher.

I went through the "forgot password" prompt, and completed it successfully.
At that point however, I never received the email to confirm the password reset. I do not have a spam filter enabled, and I've further white-listed the admin / support email addresses just in case.

If I could get some assistance in getting me back up and running, that'd be fantastic.
