I've been waiting 4 years to play this game, never had a PC powerful enough, and never had the money to buy a good one untill recently. so get on to find out that GPG.net has been shut down (cock suckers) and I'm stuck using Steam's servers which don't allow mods... So i tried to register for this, and it tells me to go to "BLABLABLA.com/validateaccount". I enter it in EXACTLY how it appears, but google comes up with nothing. So I have no way to validate my account, and never received an email.

It's not there. Also, it doesn't say an email was sent, it tells me to go to www.faforever.com/validateaccount (something along those lines) but that url doesn't exist.

Try to register with an email that is not Gmail.

It's been so long since I set up my account on here that I've forgotten what the account setup looks like. You're not the only one with this problem though.

Just for kicks, you might try loading that URL through a web proxy and see if it'll work that way. Other than that, Go with what Zep said.

Some people enter an invalid email, or the mail is filtered by Gmail for whatever reason. Using your provider email will fix these issues.
