Updating game files each time a game is launched

Since today, instead of just checking if my game (FAF or a mod) is up to date, and launching if so, the lobby updates and redowload all the files each time I launch a game. I don't know if I'm the only one.

You're not alone. Everyone seems to have this. At least me and both my friends do.
