Players have no connection to each other

let's do this quick:

The problem:
2 of my friends have no connection to each other (tried multiple times on different days).
i can play fine with each one of them, but as soon as they are in my lobby i can't start because they have no connection to each other.

any hints ?
(search function didn't turn up anything usefull )

lately the lobby often shows nil and 0 for some players but the host sees only green pings. Readying up and launching will work. Its some kind of display bug for players who are not the host.
