i need help with account reactivation

i was banned before for naming noobs with noobs
now i cannot use my Maverick account

1. i try use my login Maverick but have message LOGIN NOT FOUND OR PASSWORD INCORRECT

after that i press FORGOT LOGIN OR PASSWORD

now i got email with link

now i try to login with NEW resetted password

and finally i have the same ! login not found or password incorrect

2. when i try to make new account i have problems too
I tryed to use new account but had error again:

I tried to link it to Steam but got error:

Error! You do not appear to own Supreme Commander Forged Alliance on Steam.

3. i have 2nd assotiated account but cannot login too, it says i should ask admins for exception.


i really tired fot this shit, i tryed to find out many times

Sounds like you fucked up your accounts by trying to smurf, PM a moderator and tell them all your account names and we will delete all of them except the one with the most games / highest rating on it.

You can only use steam link if you own FA on Steam, this is to prevent people just creating fake steam accounts.
