Overcharge bug/exploit

Hopefully u will see but i will tell u what it is anyway here and i will have replay

note: only an exploit when your doing it without energy storage and thats the case

1. if u have no energy storage and u have ctrl + c your ACU with idk... some tanks then it lets you overcharge
2. it seems to also work when u do it with buildings
3. your energy starts going all weird after u fire the OC shot

watch the replay up until nukes start firing, when nukes start firing thats just us fucking around after we have tested the thing
