I can't reproduce it on my end, and the installer is hosted on Github, so it's definitely not a problem with our infrastructure. It wouldn't be a bad idea to mirror the installer somewhere on the site if Github's hosting ever becomes troublesome, but it doesn't seem to be the case right now.
