Bugs?

1) Amphibious units are leaving 80% mass when they die in water rather than 40. Checked for Wagner, Percy, Brick and Othuum.

2) Cybran destros seem to find it impossible to inflict any torp damage to harms under construction, doesn't seem to apply to anything else I've tested. (Which was every t2 naval unit that does torp damage).

Also, please stop asf from killing carriers, plz, thanks.
