Hotkeys

I was trying to use hotkeys but I'm unable to use them unless in build mode I know that's vague but I'm not sure how I could explain it better

I've just found out I can still use the unit hotkeys just not the structure and experimental hotkeys

Looks like a modded hotbuild.lua file.

Please disable all your mods and try again.
