Game freezes

Randomly during the play game freezes (doesn't crash, but stops responding), after which I have no choice but to kill the process.
Happened few months ago rather frequently then stopped after as i thought i fixed it, since i tried all kinds of things there. But now its happening again. I collected a few game logs from games that froze and they show some script errors though it doesnt tell me much so maybe someone knows whats the problem here?
