install supreme commander forged alliance, install "forged alliance patch 1.5.3596 to 1.5.3599" (search in google), install FAForever Lobby (http://www.faforever.com/?page_id=2), create an account and log in, go to the "find games" tab and double click on a game or create your own (double click a featured mod on the right side). done.

to what part do you have a specific question?
