Rating issue

I am still having this problem with ratings. On the Global Ladder, it says I am at score ~300 and I have 11 games. Then when I open or join a game it says my score -100 and I have only played 1 game.

There is no "global ladder". On FAF there is one rating for ladder - which is the 1v1 auto match - and one for global - custom games which are visible as lobbies in the play tab.
