Mavor is now a factory

Is this a new feature or could Mavor always build baby mavors? Sadly clicking the button doesnt actually build a fresh mavor. :(

No sim mods enabled (3 ui mods: noshake, autoreply, reveal_positions) , bug appeared for giebmasse and dfgdfgfgfgddfgfd as well

Assuming your mouse cursor is over the icon in the build section, this bug occurs for all buildings and units, and goes back to 3658. Nicely noticed, I'll make an issue.
