Friend's game freezes after some game time.

Hi

This has been going on for a while now, but every time my friend and I play FAF we seem to encounter this problem of his game completely freezing. He can't zoom in or out, or move or do anything, his game is just entirely frozen, and he is forced to close the game down.

We have no idea what's going on. No idea how to fix it. This has gone on for the longest time and it'd be really nice for it to get fixed.

He doesn't have a surround sound headset. Only stereo. If you could tell us how if I'm missing something let me know.

He has dual moniters, I know some people say this causes problems, and we tried turning one off a long while ago and that didn't fix anything. Should one be completely unplugged?

Still have idea otherwise.

Same problem here since a week.... The game freezes after a few minutes (mostly when zooming in or out). When I hit Ctrl+alt+delete ==> task manager ==> simply click on "Supreme commander Forged Alliance" ==> the game continues , but after some minutes it freezes again and again.... All software is updated (WIN10 64bit). Dunno what it could be GRRRRR.
Last patch? Logitech mouse G500?
