Military buildings are just grey squares.

Postby Madhammu » 14 May 2017, 14:45

Hi guys I'm new to forged alliance, but used to play the old SC so I have an idea how the game works. I have a weird problem where the commander builds a military building but the building just stays as a small transparent grey cube. I was able to build some infantry robots but the air building woildnt build anything. Tried upgrading the buildings and they stayed as simple grey cubes. Anyone else have this problem?

Thanks

Euh are you sure you completely build the factory?
Cause UEF have grey transparant cubes over unfinished buildings.

If this is not the case then you should provide a replay and logs.

Yeh it was complete because it was producing units. The little outline of the robot appeared in the middle of the grey cube as it was being produced then he walked out of the grey cube.

Hey I have noticed the same issue. I'm getting back into SupCom after finding Gyles' batreps on YouTube. My version of FA is current and immediately downloaded a variety of mods.
Rks_explosions seems to be bugged where the graphics for the military unit factories are not shown and you only see the grey "box" where new units are made. Mine would initiate construction but fail to get anywhere on said construction, sounds similar. I've abandoned the explosion mod and things work fine
