Friend connecting issues.

Hi guys, my friends and I recently downloaded FAF and we are having problems with one of our guys connecting properly. All the ports are set and all that, sometimes he'll connect but his ping reads as nill to the rest of us, or say if I host the game, I can see his ping but the other two guys can't see any ping or it reads as nill. Any way to resolve this issue? Also as a note...we've disabled his firewall and our firewalls, but to no avail..
