Error with opening faf

This is my first topic.
I got problem with Faforever and Supreme Commander.
The problem is:
When I open Supreme Commander first and other times it works.
When I open my faf client first times it works but when I open it second or more times I am getting error like this:

"An error has occured in the faf client. It has automatically reported"
and press OK.

So when I launch my game after this massage I can't launch game.
I tried to reinstall game and faf client.
I can open faf client and play some games but when i close it and open second time it's getting this error again.
And I can't open my Supreme Commander again.
Same and over and over and over.

My Pc properties:
Processor: Intel R Core(TM) i5 CPU M460 @ 2.53GHz 2.53 GHZ
Ram 8.00 GB
System type: 64-bit OS

No it shows me same error that was.

what do you mean by works first and then doesn't?
are you trying to start it a second time while the app is already running?
when you get the error please take a look at your task manager and see if the app you want to start is already running

I mean that first time after I install client I can open and use and then I close it and open it again it's don't work and shows me this error (look up at the topic) I press OK and i can't open it again because it shows me again. And this app isn't already running.
I tried to restart windows and then open client again, it shows me same picture of error.

Some kind of information that i get with experiments:
Top of it you can see information about error with faf client. But if i start it from "downlords client" it can launch more times
and downlords client don't work too and it shows me this error: Replay server could not be started on port 15000.

I'm looking into it now. It's really weird - it seems the code tries to load a file "res/news/news_webview_frame.html" from the game install directory. This file should not have non-ascii characters, since it's just installed once and never modified, but it seems as if something was overwriting it. Could you navigate to the game install directory and post the "res/news/news_webview_frame.html" file?
