Bug with minimap

Hello, I have a bug with the minimap.

It is stuck to the top and if I drag the bottom, I only get a dark window. See --> http://i47.tinypic.com/ae4r44.jpg
It is the minimap since when I disable it, the dark window disappears.

Any idea ??

try changing the resolution to full screen or turning the minimap on and off

Yes, I tried to change resolution yet to full screen with the lowest one et the highest one. When I turn of the minimap, the dark windows disapear and I turn it on, it comes back. Nothing changes.

Ok I finally found the problem.
I firstly uninstalledthe game and reinstalled it, same problem.
The problem is I cant reach the top of the minimap. I thought it was maybe a problem from game.prefs.
With notepad I searched "mini" in game.prefs and found top=-286
I replaced -286 by 50 and all was solved.
