Crash on startup

I have just found your website, downloaded the lobby installer, and after clicking the FAForever.exe get the error:

have tried reinstalling/redownloading.
my supcom installation in is a different drive, but I dont figure that that would affect anything.
I have python and pyQT installed on my machine for my own use if that makes any differance.(also dont see why it would break FAF)

Any help much appriciated.
