FAF updates but is still 3050

I launch FAF, the game downloads all these updates and yet the version is still 3050. Is there anyway to fix this?

If u click "FAF" inside the FAForever "Play" Tab, then your gameversion should be 3650.
if u click on "FAF beta", your game version should show 3652.

What do you exactly need to fix ?

Uh, its not 3650 or 3652, if I use FAF its 3050 and if I use FAF Beta is 3059.
So yeah, its not updating correctly, that's what I need to fix.

thats very interesting considering that the retail version is 3599

you should provide your game log as well.

screenshots might help as well i guess

I have the steam version of the game which is 1.6.6.
Is there anyway to run FAF in windowed so I can screenshot the game version?

EDIT: Nevermind, I figured it out, game version is hard to see though.

all i can say is that lobby setup was simply not present in previous versions of faf. are you sure that the lines are simply not obscuring 3650 and make it looks like 3050? (it certainly looks the same for me, including the number when i run it)

can you play games?
can you join other peoples games?

Welp, you were right, I guess I can't read shit lol. I couldn't tell the difference between the numbers until I zoomed it all the way to pixel level, sorry for wasting your time.
