Cant enter Games or make lobbies

I need some help
I tried to play a match of FaF and it didnt let me
i double clicked and it just doesnt do shit
it said before about my outbound traffic being blocked
please help
also i dont understand how to find my port data and stuff like that

might not solve anything, but go Options -> Settings -> Game Port -> untick use Upnp...

about port forwarding UDP port 6112, well you need to access your router and then add the forwarding rule
