so in the middle of setons, when he is making the 2nd seraphin t2 pd, the pd gets shoted and the explosion causes about 11k of damage to his acu

Sounds like this viewtopic.php?f=3&t=11145 and this viewtopic.php?f=63&t=11300. If i recall correctly it has been fixed in the meantime ( atleast in the beta patch ).

do you think it has to do with a unit being killed as it is finished being built?

it does looks like it, but it seems to be different from all other cases that i have seen before
you lost exactly 10171 hp... witch is kinda weird, maybe actual number is not clear cause of aurora shot or ACU regen...

you just lost some HP, in all prevous cases of this bug it usually happened with t2 shield and ACU HP was set to 0... but it didn't die and it start to regen health but then something finishes him...
