Bad rating change from a game? Report here

Hello ! I have a bug with the rating system to report. I think an avorted teamgame was rated instead of being unranked.

I know exactly my rating because it just went over 1650.

So 2019.01.23 @7:08 i play game ID 9171253 and i go from 1646 to 1657

i don't play for 2 days after that. Then today :

We try to host and play game id 9182981 at 21:33 but someone failed to connect ingame so we rehost immediatly. FAF replay vault says this game lasted less than 5 minutes and we were 12 in it so it should not be rated.
Then we play the real game just after that (id : 9183255)

Then after game is finished i check my rating and i expect it to be higher than 1660 but it actually went down to 1648. I notice that FAF thinks my current game (the real one) is still being played. So i conclude from it that it has to be the previous game which ended up being rated somehow.

I am 100% sure about the rating, games and dates.

No. Like i said when my second game was finished, FAF was still displaying it as being played. So what happened is :
1657 > failed game of less than 5m > 1648 (but i don't see it yet) > rehost > win > i check my rating and see 1648 > i wait 5 mins and i see 1658

The final rating i went to by winning the second game is not relevant in my report.

If i check on the chart tool on the website instead of going from 1658 to 1657 my first game keeps my rating the same (1658 twice, so 2 consecutive dots but not the same date).

To say it with other words : since i am above 1650 rating i won all my games (3) but i have seen my rating going down twice ^^ Since all games were pretty similar (same map, rating range ~1700, 93% balance) i really think something is wrong with the rating system or at least what it shows. Maybe something about deviation ? I dont always look closely so it could be normal behaviour, but i never recall losing points for games like that. And i have almost always been around 1600 and have played 2000+ teamgames so i suppose i don't have a super-huge deviation.

I played this ladder game and it does not appear in the online replay vault nor did I gain any rating from it.

Isnt it the case that if you die but your team wins, you lose 1 point? That is what Ive always seen and I figured thats how it works.

Today we have won the game clearly with 90% ratings balance. Replay is #9547336 ... but it shows that we failed and we have lost our ratings (

This is getting out of control, 3 games in 2 days with fail rating calculations. Posting logs only for the latest one because game.log gets lost and not really willing to search thru downlords archived logs to find proper ones.

Won game but lost rating yet again. Not even funny anymore.
Is it possible to make that game doesnt overwrite game.log file when you join the lobby? I dont really want to wait until ranks update to play next game and save the ability to post logs.
