Rank not updating

Hi !
My name in-game is Darkkam.

I did my "placement" ladder matches and since two weeks, i do some ladder.
But i have a problem : Those games played since 2 weeks didn't count at all.
I don't know if it's related, but : At first, i couldn't play any ladder, if i searched a game, it took forever and the other games on the lobby disapeared.
Now, when i shut down my firewall, i can play any ladder game just fine. So what's the problem ?

My rank doesn't change at all : On the lobby, i'm always at 4 games and 200 rating. And i just tried : i won two games in a row, my rate still is at 287 and winning or loosing ladder match doesn't affect my rank.
It seems that i can acquire rank at playing some settons : Those "4 games payed" are 4 setons i occasionnaly play for fun.
But well, i'm playing for nothing and i can't join most of the ">500 no noob" games.

Did i do something wrong ?
Also, sorry for my english, i'm a french and tried to do a post as clear as possible.

There's a ladder rating and a global rating. Ladder games only affect your ladder rating. Custom games only affect your global rating.

You can view your ladder rating by going to the leaderboards tab.
