"Upload Mod" button not working

"Upload Mod" button not working

the "Upload Mod" button in the mod vault is not working (the one in the panel that displays info of the selected mod in the local directory). pressing it causes the UI to stutter, the popup stays unchanged, the mod will not be uploaded
