Can not get FAF confirmation to work

Keep getting domain errors trying to register FAF client user name so i can play..

This webpage is not available

DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

Exact error i get everytime i try.

Tried multiple emails, multiple days, with multiple usernames.

This is one of the links sent to me, can i get some help?
