Can not log into FaF :(

Good evning Ladies and Gents. Long time no see.

Im having a techincal issue with logging i can not solve on my own.

Whis is what happens whenewer i try to run my FAF client:

I tried deleting, redownloading and reinstalling client. Nothhing changed.

Adding log file.

Please help whoever can :(

Your installation is messed up, please install faf to its default folder, do not change it

So I have once again - removed FAF via control panel. Downloaded and installed without changing directory.

This is what i get:

Since its metnioned, adding forever.log.

Delete the log, and don't run FAF as admin

Thank You, that solved the issue.

Yet, another one occured. After logged into lobby and tried to join a game I was asked for a directory to install proper version of game (at least how i understood that).

I selected the Forged alliance installation directory and continued. After that i got a bug report, keep getting it whenever i try to host/join a game.

Did i accidently break something?

I took some advice, found FA_Patch LUA file, edited the quotation marks within.

Now whenever i host a game it tries to connect to update center for half a second, then gives me the bug report listed in a post above. When I continue with "ok" button i get this window:

I have no idea why you are getting that error, I would sugest you make a complete cleaning of your faf instalation, but before you do that, did you run FAF as administrator ? It causes weird issues when you do so, if you done that, you need to reinstall and make sure your desktop shortcut has no admin or compatibility mode
